🌿 1. Services Provided

The Urban Charm Fulfillment provides third-party fulfillment services, including:

  • Inventory storage
  • Order picking and packing 
  • Shipping coordination 
  • Basic inventory handling

💎 2. Fulfillment Pricing

  • 1-49 orders = $5 each (base fulfillment fee)
  • 50-99 orders = $4.50 each 
  • 100+ orders + $4 each 

Includes standard picking, packing, and packaging materials.

• Additional services may incur extra fees (see Add-Ons).

📦 3. Shipping Policy

Clients may choose ONE of the following:

Option A: Client-Provided Labels

  • Client provides prepaid shipping labels 
  • Labels must be accurate and ready to use 
  • The Urban Charm is not responsible for errors in provided labels

Option B: Label Creation by The Urban Charm

  • Shipping labels will be purchased on behalf of the client
  • Client will be billed for the exact shipping cost
  • A small handling fee may be included if not covered in fulfillment pricing

🧺 4. Storage Fees

• Storage is billed monthly if inventory is held longer than 7 days

Rates:

  • Small bin: $20/month
  • Medium bin: $35/month
  • Large bin: $50/month

🔮 5. Add-On Services (Optional)

  • Custom bundle assembly: $2–$5 per order
  • Branded inserts: $1 per order (if applicable)
  • Rush processing (within 24 hours): $5 per order
  • Inventory counts/audits: $10 per request

⏳ 6. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days
  • Rush orders must be requested and approved in advance

💳 7. Payment Terms

  • All fulfillment and shipping fees must be paid in advance or same-day invoiced
  • Ongoing clients may be approved for weekly invoicing
  • Services may be paused if payment is not received

⚠️ 8. Liability & Responsibility

The Urban Charm Fulfillment is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays, lost, or damaged packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the client
  • Customer service issues with end buyers

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier

📉 9. Inventory Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate inventory counts
  • Proper labeling (if required)
  • The Urban Charm is not liable for minor discrepancies unless caused by proven negligence

🚫 10. Termination

  • Services may be terminated at any time by either party
  • Remaining inventory must be removed within 14 days
  • Storage fees may continue if not retrieved
